$320 for 10 sessions

Sessions are intentionally kept small ( 1-3 women ) so everyone receives individual guidance and support.

You're welcome to join on your own, or train with a friend if you'd like to share the session.

Private Coaching 1:1

 

Fully personalised strength and mobility coaching tailored to your body, history and goals.

Ideal if you:

• Are managing pain or injury

• Prefer full individual attention

• Want flexible scheduling

• Thrive with accountability

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. Many women join feeling stiff, sore, or unsure. Sessions are structured, supportive, and adaptable to your level.

 

What if I have injuries or joint pain?

Training is mobility-led and joint-friendly. We adjust exercises to suit your body, history, and current capacity.

 

I’m in peri/menopause — will this suit me?​

Yes. Sessions are designed with midlife changes in mind, focusing on recovery, strength, and sustainable progress.

 

How do I get started?

Start with a free, no-pressure chat. We’ll talk through your goals and decide whether shared or 1:1 coaching suits you best.

Do I need to bring a friend for shared coaching?

No, many women start on their own. Sessions are kept intentionally small (1-3 women ), so you'll always receive individual guidance and support.

Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?

No- there are no long-term contracts. Many women start with a conversation first to see if it feels like the right fit. From there, we can decide whether private coaching or shared coaching suits you best.
