Private Coaching
Private coaching offers fully personalised, one-on-one support focused on strength, mobility, and feeling confident in your body.

Sessions are tailored to your body, your pace, and your goals with a calm, supportive approach that prioritises progress over intensity.

This option is ideal if you prefer individual attention, flexibility, or a quieter training environment.

Babies and young children are welcome during private sessions, making this a supportive option for mums who want to keep moving without added stress.

Shared Coaching
Sessions are intentionally capped at three women to ensure personalised guidance, correction and support.

Hi I'm Mel...
I’m a strength and mobility coach based in Pimpama, working specifically with women 40+ navigating midlife changes.

But I don’t coach from theory alone — I live this too.
With scoliosis, a history of chronic pain from a work injury and car accident, and now navigating perimenopause myself, I understand how frustrating it can feel when your body changes and what used to work… no longer does.

That’s why I focus on strength training that supports your joints and builds mobility from the ground up.
