These shared strength and mobility coaching sessions are designed for women who want to feel stronger, move better, and build confidence without pressure or burnout.

 

Sessions are intentionally kept small, usually 2–3 women per session, so you feel supported, seen, and able to move at your own pace.

Sessions blend strength and resistance training with mobility, stretch, and recovery-focused movement. Everything is adaptable and welcoming, with a focus on helping you feel stronger, more confident, and capable in everyday life.

Women's Stretch & Mobility
Sessions

These sessions focus on improving mobility, flexibility, and movement quality perfect if your body feels stiff, sore, or run down.

Inspired by yoga and Pilates-style movement, stretch sessions support recovery, reduce stiffness, and improve how you move in everyday life.

Perfect as a standalone session or alongside strength training.

Supportive Nutrition Guidance

Nutrition doesn’t need to be complicated or restrictive to be effective.

I offer practical, realistic nutrition support designed to help you feel energised, nourished, and confident around food without dieting, guilt, or overwhelm.

This can include:

  • Personalised nutrition guidance

  • Simple macro education (in a way that actually makes sense)

  • Meal planning and prep support

  • Private cooking sessions and kitchen confidence

  • Support for busy lives, families, and changing bodies

With a background as a qualified baker and experience working in multiple commercial kitchens, I bring a real-world, food-first approach that blends nourishment, enjoyment, and sustainability.

Nutrition support can be offered alongside your training or as a standalone service, depending on what you need right now.

Gaz leads our HIIT and Tabata-style sessions, bringing energy, structure, and encouragement to every workout.​

These classes are designed to help women build fitness, strength, and confidence in a supportive, motivating environment.

Sessions are fast-paced but always adaptable, so you can work hard without feeling overwhelmed or pressured to keep up.​

Classes are intentionally kept small to allow for safer movement, clear coaching, and individual support, whether you’re new to HIIT or looking for a challenge at your own pace.​
