At MelonX Fitness, I work with women who want to move well, build strength, and feel more confident in their bodies physically and mentally.

Many of the women I support are returning to exercise, managing joint or mobility concerns, navigating perimenopause or menopause, or simply looking for a calm, supportive place to train without pressure.
​
My approach focuses on strength and mobility training that supports your body, not exhausts it.
Sessions are tailored to you and your pace, whether that’s one-on-one coaching or shared coaching with 2-3 women.

This is a space where you can move confidently, feel capable again, and leave each session feeling better than when you arrived.
