Private coaching offers personalised, one-on-one support focused on strength, mobility, and feeling good in your body.

Sessions are tailored to your body, your needs, and your pace with a calm, supportive approach that prioritises confidence over intensity.

This option is ideal if you prefer individual attention, flexibility, or a quieter training environment.

Babies and young children are welcome during private sessions, making this a supportive option for mums who want to keep moving without added stress.

 

Shared Coaching

Our shared coaching sessions are intentionally kept small.
Usually 2–3 women per session.

Sessions focus on:
• Strength & mobility
• Joint-friendly movements
• Confidence and consistency
• Feeling better in your body and day-to-day life

There’s no pressure, no comparison, and no expectation to be at a certain level before you start — just a welcoming space to move, build strength, and feel good.

 

Sessions are strength-based and adaptable to suit all levels.

Supportive Nutrition Guidance

 

Nutrition is an important part of feeling strong and energised but it doesn’t need to be complicated.

I offer simple, realistic nutrition guidance to support your training, recovery and overall wellbeing.

 

This is designed to help you:

• Fuel your body

• Improve energy levels

• Support strength and recovery

• Build sustainable habits

No strict meal plans.

No pressure.

No extremes.

Just practical support that fits real life.

I work from a private home studio in Pimpama on the Gold Coast, offering a welcoming, quiet space to focus on your movement and wellbeing.
